DIE - The International Diploma of Spanish
The International Diploma of Spanish is recognised by Courses of Spanish Language and Culture of the University Pontificia of Salamanca.
 |
All those professionals in education who have some years experience in teaching languages can bear witness to the changes in perspective that have occurred in this field, and particularly in the teaching of foreign languages. This change of approach has affected some areas more than others, however the area that has undeniably undergone most changes is that of the spoken language, both in the way it is conceived and in the way that it should be taught.
In spite of the fact that in the past the ability to read literature in a foreign language was synonymous with fluency in a language, today very few people would dare to say that they know a language without being able to speak it. On the other hand, it is important to take into account the fact that oral expression is inextricably connected to an aural ability, which in the natural order of learning a language, comes before all other abilities and, to a large extent, decides the others.
You don't have to be an IZEF student to sit for this examination at any level, from basics to specialization in Tourism, Business and Health. |

Ventajas del DIE: DIE tests are performed in test center on the date previously agreed, do not expect a widespread call such as DELE.
• The oral DIE offers 10 levels, 6 and 3 specialized writing.
• There may be people who already have a certain level of Spanish and therefore need not follow any specific course.
• Exams are held several times throughout the year, so that candidates may be submitted to the call that suits them.
• The contents of the DIE exam are flexible and varied, the student can choose the topics of conversation that are of interest.
• No need to occur at all levels to the level "domain".
• Candidates may be submitted either to the oral test, written or both. The DELE is mandatory for both tests.
• The DIE can be performed on-campus or online.
• The candidate may choose different levels for written and oral tests, depending on their knowledge of Spanish. This not only includes the DELE supports the same level for both tests.
• In the event that the candidate passed only one test, written or oral, would receive the diploma for the part overcome. This is only possible in the die, to pass the DELE must pass both tests.
• The conclusion is that the evidence of the candidate DIE facilitate its implementation and to be more levels in the DELE only 3, the candidate is more likely to pass and get the coveted diploma.
